Do the following to schedule a resource, such as a room or lab, in Outlook
- Create a new meeting
- Near the location field there will be a button called Rooms... click that
- Select the room you wish to schedule
- Invite any additional attendees
- Send the invitation
Alternatively the scheduling assistant may be used. This interface will show you any times that may already be scheduled for the room. To add attendees and select a room use the appropriate buttons on the left.
